Clients Agree that Services Received at JFCS
“helped me to deal more effectively with my problems.”
At JFCS, we are always
interested to know how we are doing and if we can make
any improvements in our service to you. Client surveys
were mailed to over 800 clients to properly assess what
we do at JFCS. We are pleased to announce the results of
the 2006 Annual Client Satisfaction Survey.
Highlights from the 2006 survey include:
- 99% of clients
agree that JFCS services received “were of high
quality”.
- 97% of JFCS clients
agree that “if a friend or family member were in
need of similar help, I would recommend JFCS
services.”
- 97% of JFCS clients
agree that “if I were to seek help again, I would
come back to JFCS.”
- 97% of JFCS clients
agree “the services I received have been respectful
of my cultural background”.
